About Our Jobs

Q. What kind of jobs do you offer?
A. We handle a wide range of positions: customer service and sales at international apparel brands, inbound tourism services at Kansai International Airport, customer support roles where you can use your language skills, and office administration jobs. We will introduce the best match for your preferences.
Q. Can you introduce jobs in fields where I have no experience?
A. Yes, we also have positions open to inexperienced applicants. If you are motivated to learn and grow, we will do our best to find opportunities for you.
Q. I am a foreign national and my Japanese is not strong. Can you still introduce jobs?
A. Yes. We can introduce jobs that match your Japanese level, and we have many workplaces where you can use other languages. Please feel free to contact us.

Registration & Interview

Q. How do I register?
A. Please check the flow from registration to starting work on our How to Apply page. Registration interviews are available online or in person.
Q. Can university students and international students register?
A. Yes, university students and international students are welcome to register.
Q. Can I register even if I cannot start working right away?
A. Yes, you can have a registration interview even if you cannot start immediately. Just let us know when you will be available and your preferred conditions.
Q. What do I need for registration?
A. You will need identification (driver’s license, residence card, etc.) and a resume or CV. If you cannot prepare them in advance, just let us know at the interview.

Salary

Q. When is salary paid?
A. Salary is calculated up to the end of each month and paid on the 25th of the following month (or the next Monday if the 25th falls on a weekend).
Q. Is transportation allowance provided?
A. We pay whichever of the following is appropriate: (1) working days × round-trip fare (up to ¥2,000/day), or (2) the cost of a one-month commuter pass. The monthly limit is ¥40,000. If different conditions apply to your position, we will let you know.

Benefits

Q. Is there paid leave?
A. Yes, paid leave is granted when you meet the legal requirements. It is provided by ForYou Inc. as your employer, not by the client company. Please ask your coordinator for details.
Q. Can I enroll in social insurance?
A. If your working conditions meet the eligibility requirements, you will be enrolled in social insurance (health insurance and employees’ pension) and labor insurance (employment insurance).

Visa & Support for International Staff

Q. I am a foreign national. Do you provide visa support?
A. Yes. We support obtaining and renewing the Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services (技人国) status of residence required for work, so you can work in Japan with peace of mind.
